This easy-to-use meter provides tri-mode EMF detection; broadband power density measurements for common RF fields in the home, such as those produced by mobile phones, cordless DECT phones, wireless LANs (2.4GHz and 5GHz), bluetooth devices, wireless CCTV cameras (1.2GHz, 2.4GHz and 5GHz), microwave ovens - and ELF measurements for both magnetic and electric fields from overhead power lines, household wiring and appliances. There is also a frequency display for RF EMFs. This one meter will detect and measure virtually all household EMFs!

Chronic exposure to EMFs (electromagnetic fields) has been linked by some studies to health issues such as childhood leukaemia, cancers, depression, disturbed sleep and electrical hypersensitivity.

Two or more separate meters may typically be required for evaluating different types of EMFs, however this product combines three modes and a frequency display in one meter for little more than the price of a single meter! It is simple to use and pocket-sized. With this meter you can evaluate the risks in and around your home or office and take steps to reduce them.

Supplied new in recyclable cardboard packaging. Operating instructions are included.

Requires one 9 volt alkaline battery. This is not supplied by the manufacturer (or EMF UK) and is therefore not included.

NOTE: The meters supplied by EMF UK are manufacturer calibrated and are suitable for general use. Customers who wish to use our meters for certain types of formal testing, for example occupational EMF assessment to meet the needs of the UK HSE or EU EMF Directives, will most likely need to arrange for certification of individual units at an approved calibration facility. This type of certification is a common requirement for many types of test equipment, not just EMF meters.
