If you are situated in or around the North West of England (i.e. within a radius of 80 miles from Preston), EMF UK can carry out a detailed survey of your home or business.. EMF UK offers two different types of survey - ELF and RF  (the two surveys can of course be combined in one visit).

An ELF survey will report on the strength and location of low frequency fields.  The survey will evaluate the fields produced by electrical wiring and appliances inside the property, and any nearby overhead power lines outside the property.

An RF survey will report on the strength and location of radio frequency or microwave fields. produced internally by common household items, including telephones and computer networks.  Fields due  to external sources such as  mobile phone masts and wifi networks will also be identified.

For its surveys, EMF UK uses professional purpose-designed equipment  to both measure and analyze EMFs and provide assistance in locating their source.

The results of a survey are provided in a  written report.  The report reveals the location and intensity of EMFs within the property and provides practical recommendations on how they can be eliminated, avoided or reduced at minimal cost.

Currently surveys can be carried out during weekday mornings or evenings and some weekends.
